Guidelines for PROMOTION
Here's a special incentive for all new members who join or rejoin during December 2018. Your field leaders have coordinated with Watkins Corporate to extend the offer in honor of Watkins' 150th Anniversary in 2018. The purpose of the incentive is to inspire new members to quickly take action steps that can lead them towards success. The reward for that quick action, in addition to seeing your business grow quickly, is that you'll earn the recognition of meeting this challenge and you'll get gift certificates for free Watkins products (that you can use yourself, give as gifts, or sell to put the cash in your own pocket).
You can earn one, two, or all three certificates. Get all three and you'll have a total $150 in free Watkins products, in honor of Watkins' 150th year. Cool!
- During your first ten days, place an order for $150 worth of Watkins products, and get a free $10 gift certificate.
- In either the month you join or the following month, qualify for the Bronze Consultant achievement level (500 points) and get a free $40 gift certificate.
- In either the month you join or the following month, qualify for the Silver Consultant achievement level (1,000 points) and get a free $100 gift certificate.

1) What are the exact requirements to earn the $10 gift certificate?
Place a personal order for $150 or more in your first ten days. For example, if you joined on December 1, you will have until December 10. Place an order for $150 worth of Watkins products by that date and you'll automatically qualify for the $10 gift certificate.
2) How can I verify the dollar volume total during the ordering process?
When placing your order online, the total dollar volume of your order will be displayed during the checkout process. If you call in your order, you should ask the Customer Satisfaction Representative to clarify the dollar volume total before you finalize it.
3) Is the dollar volume total different than what I actually pay?
Yes. The dollar volume total is before your discount is applied and before any sales tax or applicable shipping is added.
4) Does my required volume during those first ten days have to be in one order?
No. If you place more than one order during your first ten days, you'll still qualify for the $10 certificate as long as the combined total is over $150 worth of products.
5) Can I still earn the other certificates if I missed the ten day deadline for the $10 certificate?

You will promote to the Bronze Consultant level by having 100 central (personal) points and 500 group points in a calendar month.
8) How do I reach the Silver Consultant level?
You will promote to the Silver Consultant level by having 100 central (personal) points and 1,000 group points in a calendar month.
9) What are points? What is the difference between points and dollars?
Points are assigned to every product to equalize achievement levels between the U.S. and Canada.
In general 100 points in the U.S. is equal to between $100 and $110 in dollar volume. In Canada, 100 points is equal to between $125 to $140 in dollar volume.
10) What are group points?
If you sponsor others into the business, the points for all the orders placed by your downline count towards your group points. If you don’t sponsor anyone, your group points will be the same as your central/personal points.
11) Do I have to sponsor others to promote to Bronze or Silver Consultant?
No, you can do all the volume yourself. However, most members find it much easier to build a team to grow.
12) How do I know the point value for individual products or for my order totals?
When you are placing your order online, you will see points listed in your shopping cart for each product. If you order by phone, ask for those totals before finalizing your order. For individual products, you can also see the point value on the Master Order Form.
13) How do I know my group point volume during the month?
When you log in to the JRWatkins.com website, you will be taken to the Consultant Dashboard where you will see several options to view reports. The easiest way to check your volume is to view the “Real Time Volume” report on this page. This will give you up to the minute information.
14) How and when will I get my gift certificates if I qualify?
For new members who meet the qualifications, gift certificate numbers will be assigned automatically about a week after you meet the requirements. You will receive an email when the certificate is ready, and the certificate numbers will be available on the My Account page of the TimelessIntegrity.com training site. Gift certificates will not be printed or physically mailed, but only assigned online.
